- Return of mis-shipments or defective products can be returned. All freight charges will be refunded to client, however no returns will be accepted without a ‘RGA’ (return goods authorization). Once this form is completed, we will issue your refund.
- All return goods must be in original container and free of any labels or markings. Certain equipment returns may be subject to vendor restrictions. Products may be assessed a restocking fee of 25% if returned after 45 days.
We appreciate your business and will work with you to resolve any issues. Custom items are non-refundable. Please notify us of any problems within 72 hours. Customer Service will issue RGA within 24 hours. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS!
