Return Goods & Loss/Damage Policy

  1. All requests for returns should be faxed to:  317 769-3847 or email: bonnie@indymedicalsupplies.com. If you need immediate attention please call: 317 431-7345.  
  2. Return of mis-shipments or defective products can be returned. All freight charges will be refunded to client, however no returns will be accepted without a ‘RGA’ (return goods authorization). Once this form is completed, we will issue your refund.
  3. All return goods must be in original container and free of any labels or markings. Certain equipment returns may be subject to vendor restrictions. Products may be assessed a restocking fee of 25% if returned after 45 days.  
We appreciate your business and will work with you to resolve any issues. Custom items are non-refundable. Please notify us of any problems within 72 hours. Customer Service will issue RGA within 24 hours. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS!
